Default Upwind scheme on triangular mesh

I am working on flow through porous media and I need to find the value of the phase mobility on the faces using an upwind scheme. I have the values at the central nodes, but I do not know how to evaluate it at the faces of an unstructured mesh. Can anyone please assist?
