Hello,

Is it possible to evaluate the fatigue and thermal stresses including the heat transfer for a house?

Could this help estimating the life expectancy and depreciation of houses according to the building technology used?

This would prevent further house speculation and avoid normal families with children to be in trouble when they have sell or to move house because the family expand. This is to help families with housing and exclude house speculation.

I think this is done for the depreciation of other fixed assets like big buildings (and cars). This is normal. Can it be done for homes?

I think the CFD/FEA engineer who show they can do that can have lot of buisiness and will help removing house speculators for .

Please forward this to your colleagues.

thank you
