radiation from road surface -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

star Guest Posts: n/a	Hello people! what radiation value should i put in CFD, for solar radiation reflected from sun in desert countries like those in Gulf regions? i want to know is it in the range of 500 W/m^2 or much higher? (i dont want to compute fully the amount reflected from the sun but simplify the BC so that the road surface BC gives off thermal radiation towards fuel tank beneath a car). Thanks
