DU series Airfoil coordinates

I am looking for Airfoil coordinates of the following airfoils as I am unable to find from litreatures and online resources.
DU 97-W-300; DU 00-W-350, and DU-W-410. Could you please help me in this regard. I thank you in advance for your kind cooperation.

since you couldn't find them maybe they are not open access foils. I rly don't get this lets-hide-our-airfoils thingy but it exists... if i were you i'd send mails to ppl in tuDelft( that family is from here right? )
