CFD Analysis Needed

I am an architect & inventor who is doing free research on truck/trailer aerodynamics. This is just a personal interest of mine. I have researched several CFD softwares & have loaded Tetruss from NASA yet realize that considerable training is necessary. I have created STL files from my SketchUp 3D designs. Hopefully these files can be input into CFD software to evaluate aerodynamics. After a considerable search I believe no one has tried researching this design. Would anyone be interested in helping me analyze a couple of my designs? Possibly someone in NW USA, although I can't be too particular. Any thoughts? SJ

No sir, I disagree with you, when you say, "considerable training is necessary" do you mean solving thousands of tutorials or what? It needs under graduate and post graduate courses in fluid mechanics and thermal science, reading all books written about fluid mechanics and numerical methods, possibly writing a programme, hours of discussions with learned people, etc.. Do you recall the shuttle disaster? try reading the findings about the thermal and fluid analysis done, of course in the case of truck/trailer aerodynamics these extremes will not be reached, but a lot of traffic accidents do happen and aerodynamic instabilities are to blame. Good Luck
