Default software for defeaturing?

Dear CFD experts:

Can someone suggest a CAD defeaturing software? The CAD model I received from the designers includes all the details which makes meshing a nightmare. These small details, such as fillets and smalle holes have little impact on thermal analysis I am working on. Most of the time, I cannot defeature in CAD system because I only get STEP/IGS/STL files.

thanks!
