Hello I have some questions about a solar chimney cfd analysis.
how can I calculate the Re in a shape like that in order to get the Yplus values for inflation. Is it better to use k-e model with Yplus around 50 or sst with near wall modelling yplus around 1? I want to enter the equations of heat transfer in the collector ground and air. Is there a guide to follow for this? For the mesh independence study I have to refine the whole mesh or just the region that I am interested in i.e. the transaction area? Every answer is appreciated |
