I have a blower models in which there is multiple holes because of nuts and bolts that was used in assembly. In creating fluid body i ve a problem in closing the holes, since there is large number of holes. it is very tough to manually fill up the holes with surfaces. is there any option that could automatically fill up holes?

i think some pictures would help. Also what meshing software are you using? it's hard to help when there is very little information.
