Default error during run

Hellow every one
I want to model flow simulation in spillway but at the beginning of run it stopped and said error, I used (serial and parallel) for both kind it shows this error.
also I used super critical outlet boundary condition because I dont know H of water at Downstream. my geometry is not one part It is some parts between each parts a small arrow opposite each other appear what is the reason? see the attached files.[ATTACH][ATTACH]
