Hello wonderful people,
I am working on flat plate boundary layer analysis. For that I have created coordinates in C++ and written in P3D file format. I am using GASPex software from aerosoft which requires P3D format for grid import. In file I have written number of zones in first line. Then following lines have resolution for each zone. And then I am listing coordinates with breaks for changing from x-coordinates to y-coordinates and vice-versa. I am getting error in reading the P3D file in software. Does anyone know how this file format works? I need detailed description so that I can identify my mistake! Thank you. |

Assuming that you mean plot3d when you say P3D, I would look here -
http://www.grc.nasa.gov/WWW/wind/valid/plot3d.html Also be aware that plot3d comes in FORTRAN formatted and unformatted flavors. |
