delaram New Member delaram Join Date: Jul 2016 Posts: 2 Rep Power: 0	I want to use some epies in a chanal and I want to do it with G 13 in the control file. But I have some problems. 1- How much is the minimum thickness of the epi with respect to cell dimension (5*5)??? Is that 5 cm ? It is too thick for an epi!!!! 2- How can I have diagonal epi whereas the grid is orthogonal? Please help me Thanks
