fsi modelling of blood vessel

hello every body and thanks for your help.
I want to modeling a blood vessel in for 0.8s and i want deviate this time to 250 section. exactly i do not know how should i set the analysis setting in transient structural section of my modelling as picture below.

another thing i can not know is what exactly each item mean in analysis setting?
