Calculating pressure wave velocity

I am simualting a simple geometry ( a cylinder ) in Fluent.
I apply a step pressure of 7500 pascals at the inlet and the outlet is set to pressure outlet and the walls have no-slip condition.
In my case I wanted to find the pressure wave velocity of the fluid (water in my case).
Is there a way to compute that using the functionalities in Fluent other than inputting an user defined function.

Kindly let me know.

it simply propagates at the sound velocity of water

So all I need to ensure is that the velocity in the cylindrical pipe equals the velocity of the sound in water.
