This is one of the best references I have seen for Panel Methods. Nasa Contractor Report 3097-1980 "A general Panel Method for the Analysis and Design of Arbitrary Configurations in Incompressible Flows" --Forrester Johnson, Boeing Commercial Airplane company, Seatle, Washington.
