Kiva3V to simulation open-air LOW-pressure spray?
 

Hello, Has anyone out there used kiva3v (release 2) to simulate spray in ambiant air (so the control volume is actually "outside" in open air: 1bar) at injection velocities of 16m/s ? I am attempting to do so but cannot get kiva to accept open boundaries (even though the code is designed to accept this). I am therefore forced to used closed boundaries but this inevitably implies the pressure field to go "bouncing" off the walls and corrupting the solution (the spray).

Can anyone help out? Or suggest another code to do this kind of job ?
