Spectral methods, unbounded region

I recently posted my PhD thesis 'Numerical simulation of shear flow and ring vortex interaction' on the web. It is about using Chebyshev spectral methods in 3-dimensional unbounded region. Incompressible fluid, time-dependent problem, nonperiodic boundary conditions.
