Package for simulating equilibrium shape formation of solder
 

I am trying to model equilibium shape of a molten solder sitting on a non-plannar surface, which consists of different kinds of materials, subjected to a number of suface tensions. Do anyone know which packages, other than Evolver and FLOW3D are suitable for this application?
