Hybrid mesh decomposition

Default Hybrid mesh decomposition

Are there any packages that perform domain decomposition on arbirary mixed element type meshes? I currently use gridgen to build such meshes but want to run parallel and do not have a convenient way to decompose.

I believe any of the decomposition libraries which decompose the graph of the mesh, such as MeTiS or JOSTLE, will work. You may have to convert your mesh data into the graph data required by these packages.
