CFD on 'Beer-foaming'?
Hi, CFD experts
I want to use CFD to simulate a phase-change problem which is very similar with the foaming process of beer. Does anyone have such kind of experience or could you tell me: IT IS POSSIBLE OR NOT?
If it is possible, I am eager to in chage of this task since I am thinking I may use REAL-beer to do some physical model experiment to verify my numerical results. It will be very happy job (drinking for work without fee).
