MIT and Some Nippon universities also post some papers on their research results. and in Korea I heard that C S, Lee have done the research ( http://propeller.chungnam.ac.kr/index.htm ) I think some web page is written in Korean so contact via Email (csleepro@hanbat.chungnam.ac.kr)
