Convection Term
 

dear all I am using Mac algorithm for solving unsteady 2-D flow,more exactly reverse flow.ie,my domain is a channel(outer channel), a inner channel and a plate(of the height of the inner channel)placed in front of the inner channel at a distance.

NOTE: A plate placed in front of the inner channel.Reverse flow because of vortices and not enters from out of domain.

can any one suggest how can i discretise the convection term in Finite Differnce scheme.Hybrid or upwind alone or upwind biased or hybrid of upwind biased and CD.
