Hello,

The Fire Safety Engineering Group at the University of Greenwich, UK, would like to inform you that the commercial release of SMARTFIRE v2.0 is imminent.

SMARTFIRE is an interactive fire field modelling CFD environment that incorporates advanced knowledge based support techniques to assist with case specification and meshing.

SMARTFIRE also provides extensive monitoring, visualisation and run-time solution control as an integral part of the unstructured mesh CFD engine.

Rather than listing all of the features and capabilities here I would point the interested reader to our updated web site where a complete overview of SMARTFIRE can be found:

WWW: http://fseg.gre.ac.uk/fire/lsmrt.html

You can also get more information about SMARTFIRE by Emailing the Director of Research in the Fire Safety Engineering Group at:

Email: mailto:e.r.galea@gre.ac.uk

Thanks for your time,

John Ewer.
