Someone told me Digital DATCOM is free software. How can I get it?

One way to get it is from this "public domain aero software" cd:

http://www.pdas.com/index.htm

I got it from the USAF a few years ago. I can't recall the guys name, but I'm pretty sure he was at Wright-Pat AFB in Dayton. I also recall that they used to have a site where you could download missile datcom source code.
