Does anybody have experience implenting the S-A turbulence model? I found it difficult to cope with (dnu/dxj)^2 when performing coordinate transformation.

(1). What is the S-A turbulence model? (2). Coordinate transformation is basically just chain rule, it has nothing to do with turbulence model. So, what is your problem?
