Fully developed flow

Could any one please tell me the vertical pressure distribution across a fully developed laminar flow in a channel (rectangular and circular). I would like to use the pressure distribution as the boundary condition.

I have checked with White's Viscous Fluid Flow but pressure distribution normal to the flow is not mentioned in the book.

You probably haven't read the book carefully. Read the section on pipe flows again!

Or better yet, check the momentum equation in the cross-flow direction ("vertical" direction). The answer is quite simple, and it would all be in good fun for you to learn the fundamentals of fluid mechanics _before_ attempting any CFD.
