Default Blast effect on soil.

I am looking for an equation of state or methodology that I can use to model the effects of blast on soil or sand with moisture content. Are there any papers that deal with this problem either by treating the moist or wet soil as a single phase material or treating the water and particle phases separately with interaction terms. Any help would be appreciated. The work is being applied towards blast vulnerability of vehicles.
