hello, everyone, I'm working on the FV method for turbulent reactive flows on unstructure grids.I use AUSMDV and AUSM to solve the inviscid flux. The B.C. works well with Roe's scheme. But when using AUSM(DV),it's divergent by the boundary even if CFL number is very small. I treat solid bodies by no-slip boundary condition(u_n=0),and treat infinite boundaries by a characteristic technique. It worked well with Roe's approximate Riemann solver. .Must I modify it to fit AUSMDV?If yes,how to do it?

I had no chance to use AUSM, but in my guess if the solution converges for Roe scheme, AUSM should also converge. It's just my guess.

Have you ever seen a paper on wall boundary condition ?

Why don't you read this paper ? (this deals with slip B.C. for the flux function of Roe, van Leer and kinetic flux function)

WALL BOUNDARY CONDITIONS FOR INVISCID COMPRESSIBLE FLOWS ON UNSTRUCTURED MESHES, Int. J. Numer. Meth. Fluids 28: 1481?501 (1998)

Regards.
