Default meshing in ANSYS/FLOTRAN

hiii I'm user of Ansys/Flotran to simulate fluid flow at raw mill. And now I'm get problem in meshing with tetrahedral quadratic 3D. My problem in element that have no volume...Can anybody that used Flotran help me???
