In case of calc. around the hull with FS, Is surface tension effect BIG ? (2-fluid system)

This is a question that you have to answer yourself. Ie. it depends on the fluids used, the geometry of the model, etc..etc... Do an order of magnitude analysis and compare the order of the dimensionless numbers in your equations.
