Stokes flow boundary integral

Hi,

Has anyone out there used or know about using the boundary integral method to solve an internal Stokes flow with an inviscid (incompressible) outer flow where the dynamics of the outer fluid are ignored? I am aware of a paper by Pozrikidis (JFM 442: 171-189) where an inviscid compressible bubble in a surrounding Stokes flow is studied. I have familiarised myself with the basic method but have heard someone comment that a Stokes/inviscid system can be rather hard to model due to numerical instability.
