I am looking for a instructional cfd code on unstructure gridunstructured grids (triangle and tetrahedral) for study.

Try this link http://www-2.cs.cmu.edu/~quake/triangle.html This is the best software you will find on the net for 2d unstructured mesh generation For 3d mesh generation try this link http://www-2.cs.cmu.edu/~quake/triangle.html, also very good. If you are interested i have and anisotropic mesh generator of my own, it still have some pitfalls but you can get good results. Anyways, with triangle should enough.

Thank you. I have download the grid generation code. But it's just a grid generation code, where can I find instructional CFD code based on the triangle grid?
