FVM: moving grids and cylindrical coordinates

Hello, I would like to ask about some reference for FVM in moving grids. Since the control volume is not fixed, standard derivation of the algebraic equations, by commuting between the volume integral and the time integral, is not possible. Also, I would like to check the equations I obtained in cylindrical coordinates, by using upwind and central differencing. Since I will use them for moving grids, formulae for non-uniform grids would be better. All of this is in 1D. Thanks,
