Default compressible modification of nearwall turbulence

hi!

I'm reading NSC2KE code which can compute 2D Euler/NS equation(with k-e turbulence). I can't understand the compressible modification of nearwall turbulence. In the code, if nearwall tubulence MACH is greater than 0.25, the modification is made. I can't find references about the compressible modification. Is there anyone giving me some advices? thanks.
