Pipe Flow

I am computing for the turbulent pipe Flow using ANSWER software. I am very much confused what should be the value of y+ near the wall. As I am getting the normalized value of y+ around 3.12. Is it correct? I have choosen 42x122 grid for the pipe length 317.5cm and pipe dia=3.175cm.
