You can obtain a manual from CFDRC. Contact Gloria Powers at gap@cfdrc.com.

There are CFD-ACE+ installations at the University of Minnesota. Those installations will have the latest manuals. Email me directly if you are interested, and I will give you the names of some users at the University of Minnesota.
