Numerical method for free surface flow?

Hi, I am looking for a numerical method to simulate the shape of a free surface of extremely viscous fluid outflowing from a conduit to a surface. The problem is unsteady, axe-symmetric, fluid is incompressible, with variable viscosity (function of pressure). The inertia terms are negligible. Any references or code samples are welcome.

have look an the Volume Of Fluid method implemented in fluent code , see the theoretical guide , with this approache , you take into account the deformation of the surface

You can also have look at FLOW3D. Its input variable, ITB, NMAT, PVOID, can be directed for free surface simulation.
