Can somebody tell me how the relaxation factors for viscosity etc are varied.....Because i am unable to get the convergence for a compressible flow on an airfoil...Thanking in advance.. Durrani

1) Why do you think that the viscosity is the main reason why you are not able to get a converged solution?

2) If I were you, I would try to solve the problem with a constant viscosity (vue at infinity), to ease the problem.

3) Usually, you don't need such a relaxation parameter for the viscosity. Poor convergence behavior may be caused by many factors, the main ones are: - CFL too large - bad mesh - wrong BC's
