Hi There,

Check out this article in Annual Review of Fluid Mechanics. You may get more resourses. KR Sreenivasan(Yale Univ)is well known in turbulence, does lot of research on fractals and also has published lot of papers on fractals.

KR Sreenivasan Fractals And Multifractals In Fluid Turbulence Annu. Rev. Fluid Mech. 1991, Vol. 23: 539-600.
