Mesh generation book

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good book on mesh generation? I'm aware of Thompson's excellent on-line book, but I'd like to get something a bit handier and a lot more up-to-date.

Specific areas I'd like covered are :- Structured grid generation : - transfinite interpolation - elliptic smoothing - stretch functions Unstructured: - Delaunay triangulation

The obvious book for me to buy would be Thompson's "Handbook of Grid Generation" , I'm assuming it covers these areas (unless anyone tells me otherwise), but if anyone can suggest another then I'd be grateful.

Thanks.

The PhD thesis by Lars-Erik Eriksson deals with transfinite interpolation and the resulting codes includes this and a smoother, unsure with what algorithm, plus a bunch of other stuff. Uppsala Universitet outside Stockholm, Sweden, might have it available. Otherwise try www.tfd.chalmers.se where he is right now. Some of his codes might be publicly available, but I am not sure. Good luck.
