Creating fluid zone within Fluent

Hi ,

Does anyone know if we can create a new fluid zone within "Fluent" that covers a part of the fluid zone of the entire geometry? I want to find out the "volume integral" of a custom-field function I have defined. I want calculate the volume integral of the function for only a part of the fluid zone. It would be great if anyone suggest a solution for this problem.

Thanks, Suresh

Yes. Use Grid/Separate (cells) to create a new fluid or solid zone. You can use the Adapt functions to precisely mark a specific zone can be separated.

You should ask your questions in the Fluent forum for a better response :)
