Is this possible?

Hi,

I work in tech. dept. of a large dairy. My problem is to reduce cheese losses through bacterial growth. Can a fluid code (we have Fluent licence but no user) be used for the following: a) Set up a model of a cheese (generally ripe, like a honking brie), together with the pores / holes. b) Model transport of oxygen through both the cheese solid, and by diffusion down the pores / holes. c) Model the reaction between bacteria and their substrates (cheese) and oxygen. d) Do this for long time periods?

Any suggestions from anyone whos tried this would be most welcome.
