Default how to treat the gravity force

I ma trying to use LeVeque's method to balance gravity force as souce term.But because i am using Volume of Fraction and Roe scheme,there is some density jump around interface.I think it should work anyway but I can not find suitable form to balance.Anyone has some suggestions?Thanks!
