Does flotherm/flovent offer the capability of writing out their results in CGNS format?

I don't think so. What are you trying to interface to?

I am trying to consider my options here. We are a consulting firm that uses ANSYS, ICEM CFD and have access to a few other cfd solvers and want to knwo how I can view Flotherm data in any package other than flotherm. We receive results from companies that we have to validate but have no real need for flotherm ourselves so I am looking for a way to work with this type of data.

I believe flotherm/flovent have been designed with enough complete contained functionality so that interfacing to other analysis packages is rarely required by their users. I don't know of an easy way of doing what you want.
