Theory of Wing Sections: Including a Summary of Airfoil Data by Ira H. Abbott, A. E. von Doenhoff

This book should have everything you need.

Abbot & Doenhoff as recommended by Mark will surely help you as well as provide you with an invaluable reference for any airfoil related work in the future. If you are lazy you might want to check out the /Resources/Refs/Airfoils section at CFD Online. There you can find links to several web-sites which will give you both coordinate lists and free programs to generate 4-digit NACA profiles.
