Default Can CFD simulate a Heat Pump working?

Can CFD simulate the working of a heat pump? The refrigerant undergoes phase changes across the evaporator, recuperator and the condenser etc. Can CFD simulate the whole set up including the engine and the compressor etc.? Thank you for any response in this regard.
