how to deal with the background dissipation?

Default how to deal with the background dissipation?

dear all

the distributing of pressure P like chessboard. it's true that the artificial viscous can elimate it,but need high value. the problem is that artificial viscous must less than physical viscous, so i have to set it lower ? anyone had met the situation?
