FloVent

Hi, I'm an architect doing my masters in building design at ASU, studying the application of CFD to natural ventilation & human comfort. I have a couple of questions. 1. Has anyone come across any research (papers, publications etc)in this area(i.e. modelling natural ventialtion, evaporative cooling & human comfort). 2. The CFD tool I am currently using is FloVent. Is there any way to induce a steady wind pattern into the solution domain without using a fixed flow element. I want to avoid something that casts a shadow on my building.

Thanks

Too simple perhaps

Hi Vikram
Perhaps I am not understabding the full extent of your enquiery. But you can easily hide your fixed flow device by selecting it and then press F12. This will hide it in the drawing boeard, and the Floviz editor.
