hal o friends,

I have a problem dealing with multiphase mixing of a high temperature steam and spray water from nozzle holes of small dia resulting in realtively lower temperature steam. There is complete vapourisation of sprayed water and it is meant for that purpose.so when i was solving this one in cfx what should be the influencing parameters i should take care ? or what are the main factors affecting the phase change.could anyone can help me?.

Moreover i want to know about the basics of phase change taking place between high temp steam and realatively lower temp sprayed water. i am expecting favourable reply?
