Default flow behavior in lid-driven microcavity flow

i am looking for some basic information about fluid behavior of flow in microcavity. since in micro flow simulation(kn>0.001), a slip boundary condition should be considered and larger kn flow is equivilent to the low Reynolds flow, is it the flow behavior different from the macroscopic flow?
