scatter in Radiative Heat Transfer

hello Can one help me and inform me what are the expressions of the scattering phase function F3, F2, B1, B2 in radiative heat transfer ? what does the expansion coefficients means physically?

Re: scatter in Radiative Heat Transfer

Ahmed,

These functions are defined and their coefficients physical significance is described in the following paper and references therein.

T. K. Kim and H. S. Lee , Effect of Anisotropic Scattering on Radiative Heat Transfer in Two-Dimensional Rectangular Enclosures, Int. J. Heat Mass Transfer, vol. 31, pp. 1711-1721, 1988.
